If you were to access Google Trends online, you would find the top twenty most googled names and phrases. This is based on millions of word searches. Searches like: Whitehouse shooting, Sexiest Man Alive 2011, 2013 Ford Escape, and others. But the one search that has been on Google trends for a week or so is, “Green Bean Casserole.”

I think my late mother in law has commandeered the google search engine. Green Bean Casserole was her most requested Thanksgiving dish. As requested time after time by her grandkids. What is it about Green Bean Casserole that is so desirable by kids? It certainly ain’t just the green beans. So, what is it?

Is it the cute little onion rings? The gooey stuff that in the casserole pan? What?

Anyway, I’m sure the whole deal will be on our Thanksgiving table in a few days. God Bless America.
