I am a TAX and SPEND hugger

Okay, I admit it. I am a closet liberal when it comes to writing a federal budget. I want lots of spending programs that put the out of work back to work. Back to work on public project. Roads, highways, bridges, railroads, airports, parks and county facilities. Spend, spend, and spend some more. Go for it.

Then I am hawkish on taxes. Tax the rich. Yes, tax the freaking rich. Screw the Koch Brothers and soak them for every dime. Go after Donald Trump and all the bloviating cash bloated Doo Doo heads. Get em Dan-O. Take back all that money sent to off shore piggy banks and bring it back to America.

I’m talking to you congress. Get off your fat butts and pass this budget and put America back to work. Oh! Don’t give me that Keystone pipeline crap. You know as well as millions others that is just to profit the oil companies. Also, you know congress, that oil will go straight to China and India. America will not benefit from one drop. Stop you’re big lies and BS’ing.

Pass this budget bill. Be brave. Be courageous. Be smart and pass this budget and stop whining.

Tax and Spend!!!

No surprise here.

Is anyone really surprised the so-called Super Committee failed? I am almost certain it was set up to do so. Just an exercise to draw heat away from the bigger body of congress. Sort of like a lightening rod away from the house.

So, why is everybody in a big fuss? Get over it. Move on and get ready for some huge spending cuts. We all will have to suck it in.

Nonetheless, I still don’t understand why Congress refuses to pay its past due bills. They borrowed the money. They can tax the rich and pay it back. It’s a simple principle of shopping. You buy whatever on credit. You pay your bill or the bill collectors will come a knocking. Please pay now!

The debt we created must not be left for future generations. It is time for all to bite the bullet and pay off two costly wars and two huge tax cuts to the rich.

Paying off the debt with real money is not a job killers. The recession created by the Bush administration was the job killer. Military personnel coming back from these horrific and pointless wars are what drove up the unemployment numbers. Never the less, the debt was created over the past ten years and it is now due. The collectors need your money now. Pay up.

Tax the rich. Take away loopholes from extremely profitable corporations. The shareholders can pay as well. It’s an equal opportunity debt. The poor and the middle class have already paid dearly. Now it’s time for the Rich to pay the big debt kitty. The military needs your money. Homeland security needs your money. The FBI and the CIA need your money. Servicemen need your money. Border patrols need your money. Our Interstate highway system needs your money. Our harbors and airports need your money. States and municipalities need your money. It’s the patriotic duty of the rich to pay off their debt. You supported Bush. Bush bailed you out. Now it’s time to pay. Big bills or small bills. It doesn’t matter. Just pay it off.

A lesson we all should have learned in High School

How many times do we have to go over this?  How many times do we have to explain simple economics?  You borrow.  You pay back.  Typical credit lending terms.

Please pay attention.  The United States during George W Bush administration borrowed about four trillion dollars to pay for the two Middle Eastern wars.  Okay?  Borrowed from China, Japan, India, and mostly from the federal treasury.

Then on top of that GWB cut revenue into the treasury by reducing taxes for the Rich.  Okay?  Creating a bigger deficit.  Going from bad to worse.

All this would be like a man working two jobs and takes out a large loan.  Possibly more than he could pay back.  In the meantime the man loses one of his jobs.  Reducing his income.  And reducing his ability to pay off the entire loan.  Then man refuses to pay back the loan stating he doesn’t want to look for another second job.  Working two jobs just gets in the way of his personal life.  Leaving a huge debt unpaid.

So, the debt collectors are now knocking at the door wanting payment.  Collector doesn’t want to see a budget plan.  He wants to see hard cash.  Legal tender.  Money!  Money anyway you can get it.

Now the only way the US Treasury can get money is to increase taxes on the rich.  It’s too late to put a lean on George W Bush’s personal property.  However we could attach his current wages.  Not a bad idea huh.  But not enough money to pay downs the deficit.

Social Security and Medicare didn’t borrow money to run two costly wars.  It was the Bush Administration and his rich friends.  So now, he and his rich friends need to pony up and pay back the loan. 

In other words, we must raise more revenue by taxing the rich.  There, I said it.  Tax the freaking rich.  It’s their debt.  Not yours or mine.  Raise taxes.  Stop all give away loopholes.  Let the rich bite the bullet.  It’s their turn.
